LIPBOMB Debut Show

August 29th marked an important milestone for the new all girl rock band LIPBOMB. They closed the night at Wise Mind’s Open Mic at Barrier Brewing in Patchogue, which was their first official live show together!

Forming from the band She The People, the new era introduces heavier music alongside new members. The members consist of Belle Bongiornio on lead vocals, Kayla Klockler on drums, Shannon Meeks on bass and Mollie Montgomery on lead guitar.

Their performance was powerful and electric with a crowd that couldn’t get enough of them! The setlist included their newest single TASTE as well as other unreleased music and covers. Their energy was incredible and it was hard to believe that this was their first live show, due to the natural flow and connection with each other.

For those of you who missed out, these girls are going to take over the local music scene and beyond! Their next show is September 21st at the Woodshop in Brooklyn opening for Sarah and the Safe Word.
